builders are not building low cost effort able houses of 400,500,800 sqft houses to accommodate one house per family principle .

house renting business is In peak due to poor tax regim on second and third , more houses as business entity .
No GST on house renting business .

there shall be one time free house in urban area per family of 4 , 50 percent subsidy for first house per family of 4 person once in 100 years .
Selling and buying of used house shall be a good businesses .

without proper planing on population growth how countries GDP will grow is a question mark.

Sir, in a country where there is no proper accountability for our elective representatives what can we scale up. Everything will be scaled down by some irresponsible MLAs and MPs.
We suggest, you try to implement and then in the parliament you do not have proper attendance of MP/MLA. Why not make certain percentage of attendance compulsory for our MP/ MLA brothers and sisters. Mercilessly remove certain benefits if attendance is less than required percentage. With this nobody will become MPs and MLAs by chance, they will be an MP or MLA by choice. Hope we are able to appreciate this point.

Now many innovations have taken over or mixed up with renovations. Real innovations r prize worthy & bring a lots many changes to our country. Our Pm modiji's well thought, designed & executing approaches have yielded many changes to our nation fm 2014 to 2019,,, then pandemic corona & over dependence on only executives r making BJP party as like Congress with no difference. Now we person below officer ranks r facing dilemma as harrassed.

so that,if we give training to our women's,surely they could be developed their skills and definitly would be contributed to our nation more than our efforts

Government should support the successful women entrepreneurs especially coming from poor background. Banks should come forward to support them by clearing their loan application and help them to get loan easily. Promptly due paying entrepreneurs should be invited in a function and they should be honoured. Physically challenged women entrepreneurs should be supported and a separate help desk to process their application should be there in banks. Successful women entrepreneurs should give opportunity to needy women and hire them in their company.
