Many government scheme of social welfare are not accessed by persons which needs them due to unacceptable behaviour of government officials in many cases. They make simple process very complicated. I suggest that in new budget government scheme made easy to access by beneficiary.

Huge opportunity exists to enrich lives of a large section of the population engaged in India's core sector of farming, yet languishing in distress. Addressing the problems besetting this sector can also enable an order of magnitude increase in farm output to aid the country in achieving its aspired growth to a five trillion dollar economy over a short period, enable several crores of the working farmer population get formal jobs, with assured incomes and possibly double them as desired. Given the country is a young and growing country and the average citizen is below 30 years, the government should be brave enough to kick off many development projects st the same time even if it amounts to taking up unprecedented debt. Tying up people skills with work and believing in their abilities rather than complaining about how unskilled and unemployable the labor force is, is of paramount importance. Creating multiple livable cities by creating many public sector jobs is the way to start
