Well we are in the digital World. If we think that traditional systems are secure let it be paper, written documents it too get in the wrong hands as we know ever lock has it's key instead we should try to make things secure. We can use secure storage of access token, strong data encryption.

sir,digitalisation is a good idea.but the documents in the locker will not be secure hacker will hack the documents and use for their personal usage .i think develop a software to secure the documents in the locker with high security so that all people can uplaod the documents not only general people but also defence pepole..

Information can be hacked very easily so, important document should not be digitized. Documents related to defence matter should not be digitized and even it is digitized then it should be within the computer of defence. These information should not be put on website as there is great chances of hacking this information. Public administration matter, hospital matter, educational matter etc can be digitized.

1- We can also upload our photo so that where it needs can provide immediately
2- Not only documents but all other things which we want to digitize ,can digitize ,So for this we can make categories in digital lockers such as Educational certificates , Property, papers, mobile bills , Electricty Bills , house hold purchase vouchers, etc
