People can't eat nuts and bolts. They need food. The greatest problem today is lack of food producers, and more the industrialization, more people are rejecting farming. The need of the hour is good quality food and not good quality nuts, bolts and microchips. You may say lot of food is available, but if we minus the pesticides and fertilizers from food, hardly any healthy component will remain. You can't promote industrialization and agriculture both. Better choose food over useless things

I have an imagination on industrialization policy, let's give it a thought. As we can observe our banks have huge NPA's and what's the root cause? While giving loan to any organization they have not given focus on returns, market demand, competition, etc. thereby government should have a consultancy firm which should have all the present companies listed with their present, potential production capacities and market demand trends. If we can analyse this we can save existing and new entreprenuers

As per my view India should focus in Small Scale Industry.

Being a Metallurgist the things that comes in my Mind are
1. PVC, Usually Pipes are made of PVC but other things may be made easily.
2. Fiber coating/ Stuffs made of Fiber

In existing loss making industries reevaluation of staff may be done by external authority and staff may be posted to according to their capabilities.

For Robotics/ Artificial Intelligence, Engineers from IITs ,NITs may be promoted by mean of competition.

Equal job Equal salary
i want to say that every govt. employee has to get equal salary whether he works in central job or state. I am working as informatic assistant in department of information tech. & comm. rajasthan under 2800 grade pay whether central informatic assistant get 4200 grade pay . how SAMANTA

4. Ask the requirements of the manufacturers, help them to fulfill their needs without much hindrance.
5. Avail them excellent and cheaper means of transportation.
6. If the manufactures are foreigners, provide them homely atmosphere.
If we will give good facilities to the manufactures, they will give us better results.

If we want India be a manufacturing hub, the following points must be implemented as soon as possible --
1. Make India corruption free , if it not possible, at least assist the manufactures, cooperate with them,provide them a burden free atmosphere,help them get license etc. without much formality.
2. Ensure good security of the manufacturers,their plants/factories.
3. Make an attractive tax slab for them -- tax should be minimum in the initial years that must be increased slowly.

The Make In India campaign shall give some benefits to manufacturing organization for going digital. Incentives for taking plunge into digitization of factories shall be encouraged through incentives. With Cyber Physical System catching up, the factories can be assessed for digitization efforts and shall be certified as Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 digital organization (or some good names for those certifications) for such adaptations. This will motivate factories to go Digital.

Ease of doing business is the main concern for me.

It can be improved by building an online portal with all of the service from building plan approvals to environment approvals being granted online to help businesses.

Employee Welfare:
