It is very important to tackle the problem from the grass root level. The teachers teaching in the private sectors can be hired on contract basis .They should be given good salary and should be made accountable for delivering quality education. There are many good and dedicated teachers in the privte sectors. They can also be hired for mentoring government school teachers. It should be made mandatory for each teacher to serve in rural areas for atleast two years.

Our corrupt unaccountable academicians with permanent government salaries can not do partnerships. Let Universities earn their own money and professors do projects to earn money from these institutes. But for that you will have to remove the corrupt, unaccountable Government Babus from your system and bring in managers/ academicians/ technocrats/ Specialists in a team of one to rule this nation.

The need of the hour is redefining curriculum for higher education especially medical sector. There is need for partnership of public private sector in medical colleges and universities for betterment of students and society. It is better to reform already existing colleges rather than opening newAIIMS OR IIT's. With advancement in technology ,changing pattern of newer diseases change is required and demanded at the earliest.

Partnership with the private sector can only be meaningful provided there is a nuanced approach to them. The policy must be such that educators and philanthropists, and large corporate houses interested in providing quality education are encouraged and given plenty of freedom to create quality institutions. The rest must be kept out. Only Section 25 companies should be allowed to create new educational institutions so that their financial dealings is more in the open.

Top IIT's is an excellent platform for MNC's to hire "The best tech minds" in India. The CTC offered is showing an upward trend since last 10 years. IIT's should charge Job Consultancy Fee from the MNC and also the Candidate on the selection. If MNC agrees to the proposal, it will boost their revenue and govt. fund allocation to IIT's can be reduced. On worst side if they disagree, they will hire from next ranking colleges so there would be no loss of job. For better hire you need to pay more.

Currently there are a number of government schools where the number of children is less than 20. As per the news a few weeks back, Karnataka alone has 9500 schools which have less than 20 students and about 690 schools with no children. The biggest investment to run a school is in infrastructure, i.e.land and building. These schools can be leased to private sector for a period of 5 years with two caveats, the % of RTE students will be double of the norms and the standard output is better average

My suggestion is each and every individual who is integrated to his respective industry should educate their respective aspirant students .. !!

If such individuals can do compulsive contribution like a fix no. Of hours per month , then I hope we can have real knowledge transfer from industry to students right from the beginning of their professional studies to populate more inventors from students leading India to a brain bank of world.
