my simple answer for this query,until corruption is alive no sector will grow in india. make partnership with e commerce companies they provide world wide platform to these tiny industries. snapdeal,myntra,flipcart etc they are providing platform to small entrepreneurs to promote their products, and they charged small amt of commission on their sales. but these government authorities not provide such service to them, and these govt. source are not reliable.

what ever program run by the government that are all sufficient, but those people who are dealing with these programmes, they are corrupt and lazy, so due to that reason whatever program run by the government will not succeed until people will not take their responsibility seriously and honestly.even amitabh bachchan will promote these program that will not success because authorities are corrupt. in india more than 300 program run by the government for society welfare, but only few know.G8
