If mobile is dead / robbed after booking tickets on UTS, one is termed as ticket less. My suggestion is to provide a platform i.e. a net pc or a kisko were we can login our credentials and prove our dignity.

sir,kindly include some features for safe journey of travellers specially for women so that if they face any problem during their journey they can dirctly contact to the CRPF or similar authority for instant help with the help of this app..,also provide feature through which travellers get informed about any unusual delay of train during its running.

Some time we are booking a ticket that time full waiting is there so that time we don't know my ticket is chancess to confirm or waiting.
So I suggest that in this app if we are trying a ticket that time there only show, our tickets how many chancess is getting confirm or waiting, and where is more chancess is my ticket.
