यह है की मै राकेश साह पेसे से एक मैकेनिक हु , मैंने लोगों को बिजली current से बचाने के लिये MVPP sencer का आविस्कार किया हु, मै इस देश का नागरिक हु मेरा कर्तव्य बनता है की हम समाज के कल्याण के लिए अच्छा अच्छा innovation करे और इस innovation से हमारी आने वाली पीढ़ी को सुरक्षा और

All Industrial Training Institutes ( ITI) in every state shall be upgraded according to the requirement of skilled manpower of the world.
Now almost one govt. ITI is there in every Tehsil ( Taluka).

Also, the skills/ arts of village people should be appreciated and motivated to keep it alive.

Skill means to do any work perfectly and complete in particular time frame.
1 Skill oriented course should be formed and include in syllabus.
2 Traditional skill should be converted in new format according to needs and time.
3 caste based skill should be promoted in rural areas for skilled village.
4 Infrastructure has helped in increase skill attitude.
5 Mental and sociological barrier has to be removed to develop skill attitude.

For the field level functionaries in various departments, hands on experience has to be imparted for successful implementation of schemes. For example to meke use of E-office, literacy of computers is mandatory.

Reduce, Reuse and Recycle waste in innovative ways is the arena full of opportunities for development of new skills and start ups. Waste issues in India are increasing mainly in absence of new innovative products, services & mindset. Its always a better choice to provide cleaner, vocal for local employment as alternative to existing dirty jobs in managing waste. Single use plastic bag, biomedical waste, many things can be re skilled and up skilled with innovation. Pdf attached. Zero waste India

Engineering is a key profession, as it plays a vital role in the development and growth of a country’s economy. Engineers use their innovation, wealth of knowledge and creativity to make a deep impact on the lives of the citizens and the economy of their country.
In technology, science and computing, engineering students and graduates worldwide can expect to remain in high demand over the next decades.

Kindly to include skill/practicle base education from primary study. Why should not same books/method for education system from Jammu to Kanyakumari and Gujarat to West Bengal.Why should not remove surmane and increase INDIAN before Name . Kindly to cover all income in direct tax for all Indian. Indian University and Indian Exam Board shall be established for all Indian Students. Focus on Practicle study instead of Theory education. School and All indian colleages Fees under Government control.

if government want to make India skill full youth then it is necessary that we set skill university or institution in India their is many engineering collage but their quality are so poor so time come that we stop opening another engineering collage and convert poor engineering collage into skill institution also increases the quality of engineering collage by their infrastructure like labs, research park etc some more such information i given in below pdf
