Develope security dept ( rpf ).to secure passengers specialy women.many suburban station r blank and local train are not save in night.so I think that's a important duty for railway.and I also hope rail department will improve it as soon as possible.

Sir, between Bangalore and Vizag there are hardly any new trains where as the bus charges are going in 2000-3000 Rs. If Railways could start a superfast train and charge even 1000+ would earn very good revenue for railways and good for citizens. This is one area which is overlooked in last 10 budgets which i can vouch for since i travelled in this route extensively. Kindly add atleast one more train please - Thanks

Sir travel in sleeper coach than ask yourself ,its qualify as service.Any why I am wasting time here , because know I am sure that u r govt has not started thinking for passenger service. After so many years railway don't give information about staff travelling in train,what is so confidential abt them r they all pm .Its so pity about these small stupid things of indian railways n there mentor so called govt who in turn depend on stupid ministers who r not Able to understand people problem

ACTUALLY MANY PEOPLE SMOKE IN THE TRAIN IRRESPECTIVE OF THE WARNING WRITTEN IN THE TRAIN OF THE FINE AND THIS HAPPENS BECAUSE WHEN WE COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS TO RPF PERSONNEL THEY DO NOT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY.ONCE I WAS TRAVELLING IN THE TRAIN AND THE ARMY JAWANS WAS CONSUMING THE LIQUOR AND THEY WERE DISTURBING THE PASSENGERS.
I WANT TO SUGGEST THAT ONE SEPARATE COACH SHOULD BE THERE IN WHICH THE RPF JAWANS ARE THERE & ANYONE CAN COMPLAINT TO THEM & THEY TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE CULPRITS.

Railway : 1.Abolish train ticket cancellations. Once ticket is issued, should not be cancelled. It be refunded only if train is cancelled etc. Advance purchasing of tickets will be curtailed. This be done on the lines of Cinemas, once cinema ticket is issued, are not refundable. This will also stop agents from purchasing tickets in bulk. 2.Complaint book with TTE be provided. 3.Food and Eateries prices and quantity to be supplied be pasted in each compartment.
