सरकार ने मौजूदा राष्ट्रीय युवा नीति, 2014 के मसौदे की समीक्षा करते हुए ...
The previous one doesn't mean that Missionary Schools like Ramkrishna Mission or Schools run by Christian Missionaries should be banned. I am saying syllabus must be strictly according to Central or State norms not religious norms and they can run them, they are doing holt work of teaching students but institutes must not teach totally religious curriculum or religious syllabus example Madarsas. Prayers and all are different thing.
If possible then try to ban every kind of Religious Schools throughout the country. Instead Civil Schools which are run by Central, State or Private Organizations must be made mandatory. If students or kids want to know about religion they must visit religious places or holy places where they will learn the religious practices and lessons. Also their maternal or paternal grandparents are able to teach them these topics and also any times some parts of th are even included in school syllabus so they already learn from there. Already this I going on in Assam, they haven't banned them but they are not also promoting them. It may be somehow be contradicting Article 30A of Contitution but that was need of that time. Now some ammendment should be done to it. This should be applied to every religion in India. This may reduce radicalism to some extent because religion doesn't promote radicalism but the religious clerics mostly to promote their views and to continue their need in the society.
The following things be compulsorily included in their primary to higher secondary education:
1. Sports
2.Yoga & Meditation, focus on knowing of Self.
3. Methods & Ways of Risk & Safety Management Education to save loss of live of human beings/animals
4. Financial Education
5. Vedic & Puran Education
6. Engagement in Career options 8th class onwards to ensure early employment
7. Proximity to nature ie learning to live with nature
8. Broadening of NCC & Scouts to max to max students in their early childhood ie from 5th/6th class onwards
9. Education of Agriculture & Gardening
10. Introduction of semester system of education from 6th onwards to reduce burden of studies
11. Introduction of video-books if all subjects taught to them with smart class rooms
12. Study of Biographies of Great Legends from all fields
A separate department is needed to authorize all companies related to agriculture and to integrate and promote technologies.Currently agriculture is on the general list. So the central government cannot make decisions easily. Therefore, the department should be included only in the list of the Central Government as for the agro-industrial companies. The central government should create a separate sector called the agro-industrial sector. The practice of taxation in agriculture is less. The agricultural sector-based value-added companies that agree to pay taxes to the central government should be given immediate permission. The cooperation of state governments is low. Therefore, only if the central government focuses on this will there be opportunities to improve the rural economy and the welfare of the youth.Young people are reluctant to come because agriculture is not profitable. The Central Government should formulate a separate department for the development of agro-industrial enterprise
Empowering young people to develop leadership qualities is a welcome feature of the drafts.
In this competitive world there are very few young people who care about the welfare of the general public.
Currently it is challenging for young people to take solutions to common problems to different platforms.
They also want to see their family life.
Young people stumble upon the choice of public life or family life.
Recognition from the government is a great boon for the youth.
The formation of a Youth Parliament to develop leadership qualities is to be welcomed.
National and state level meetings will be televised live on Doordarshan.
Create DD youth channel in all languages.
Management welcomes innovations when young government officials and young political leaders work together.
There will be speed.
Get services to people quickly.
To enable youth to become productive members of society, the health and well-being are essential for their personal development. To enhance access to quality healthcare and to provide support in critical areas, various initiatives have been launched which include the National Health Policy release, schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, POSHAN Abhiyaan etc. The National Mental Health Policy, launched in 2019, provided the framework to improve the quality of mental healthcare and ensure universal access. These efforts are reflected in the key health metrics that have also registered significant improvements.
To build a fitness culture, sports in our country have received widespread attention and several schemes such as the Fit India Movement, Khelo India and the Sports Revitalisation Action Plan have been launched and India’s first National Sports University established. Importance of sports in education and as a viable career option for young people has been emphasized by GoI.
The Government of India has initiated several steps to engage the youth through technology and has organised youth parliaments, youth conventions and festivals. To increase youth volunteering, motivate the youth and enable them to be strong leaders, special programmes like the Youth for Development, National Youth Advisory Council and the National Programme for Youth and Adolescent Development (NPYAD) have been launched and these efforts of Government in education and employment have yielded tremendous results for the youth. As a result the Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) rose for both secondary and higher education levels between 2014 and 2017. Efforts towards fostering entrepreneurship have resulted in recognition of over 14,000 start-ups across 25 states and further to these advancements much more should be done. Additional efforts are needed to effectively equip the youth with the skills necessary for the 21st century.

Millions of young people, the foundation of India’s population pyramid, who enter the workforce can mobilise economic growth of our country. Investments have been made on multiple fronts to develop skills, generate employment and foster entrepreneurship. Schemes like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushal Yojana (DDU-GKY) and Skills India campaign have been expanded for better reach of the youth and for enhancing their skill which is the prime requisite for getting employment as well as for new start up. New programmes like the Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programme, Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) and Start-up India will also support the entrepreneurship ecosystem
