My suggestion are
1. Focus on more new employment opportunities so that labours don't migrate
2. UP has 3 world Heritage Sites which gave a good opportunity in tourism
3. Many people depend on Agriculture so farmers gets some benefits so that UP create hube for farmers.

It's matter of pride for all Indians that India had got G20 presidential.We find lot viruses in digital device.All country should make a law that making virus and paralyzing digital device will be treated as crime and a severe action will be taken against people or company who do it.
Brain should be utilized in positive aspect and not on the negative aspect.
Focus should be also given how to keep our environment clean and green and ecosystem in balance way with digitalisatiom.
How digitalisation will help in various sector like Agriculture,Industry,Home,Law and order etc.

There should be some important steps that should be implemented by government to make the people aware of bio gas and it's uses as fuel and an electricity generator as well as good source of fertilizer. The people in the village area are now going through missuse of water by using Summersville machines so the government should take some important steps to stop this.

Good evening sir, Comparison of loans and its features of all the banks can be made available in one portal..particularly rate of interest and other charges..I think such kind of things available for deposits..but for loans we need to go in to individual bank sites and compare...But if it is available in one portal it will be helpful for public..
