First government has to think some how to start a new policy on fees for all kind of education. Evaluation must be based on subjective as well as objective questions. The GOI should prescribe periodic inspection of Higher Educational for schools, colleges, universities properly with out any compromise. So always remember,

How a student can flexibly change University if 75 to 95% seats of a University is reversed for the students of that same university? As per my personal experience,I applied for PG program in a university where entrance test is conducted. i got good marks but due to this kind of reservation i didn't get admission,for the surprise even a student with minus 0.5 marks was admitted because he was student of that university during UG program. it's called DISCRIMINATION....

Course,fees and curriculum should be structured for One nation one course, one fees irrespective of Govt or Private school, college, university.

As per me the main reason was the money(academic fees). Now a days people paying more fees for 1st to 5th class only because of schools commercialization. These things making parents thinking and not supporting people to study and if they have to support means they are paying lot of fees by getting loans ettc for lower education only. And for higher education again they need to take loans etc.., which changing people thinking that no need to study.

First government has to think some how to start a new policy on fees for all kind of education. People can say government school are there but because of good looking, cleanniness making people to study there children in places where they need to pay more fees. And most of the government education ones are fully corrupted and became completely rationalist. Like we will support only our religion people like that. And if state chief minister is Christian means then they are taking only Christian people more. This need to be reduced.
