Enhancing one,s skill is the new thrill. Make skill enhancing, a learning experience with full of fun, joy and enthusiasm. Innovative methods can be applied while imparting skill training that will make learning without stress and pressure. Excelling in any field requires all efforts to be made with inspiration, motivation, encouragement by acknowledgement and appreciation of persistent effort. Activities like quiz, discussions, debating, presentation can help in a big way in the effort to become more skillful and skilled.

Skills Development is an important imperative for achieving India's ambitious growth targets. It is committed to working with the stakeholders, especially the industry, government and academia to create sustainable and scalable skills propositions which will benefit the youth of the country from all sections of society. With this context, FICCI through its Skills Development activities is pursuing the following vision:

First we must evaluate the skill india@0.1.How many start ups came up ,how much new patents have been applied for and in sector wise how much we became Atma nirbhar.Then we must take corrective measures for the gap filling. For example in solar panel manufacturing or in non renewable energy sector how much our decreased on components being imported earlier, if we find encouraging results then we must continue the particular skill subjects or else we may add new subjects ,like pharma, health etc

school curriculum should have skill development program where students can select as per self interests

many people are not getting chance to prove themselves. because of lack of chances their ideas are not coming to forward. They are comple to do different jobs to earn income. They must provide chance to prove themselves

1.If gov will provide basic programming skills like design website under DDUGKY skill program then its should be best and Give some knowledge about stock market also.
