There are many youngsters having wonderful skills are not getting needed support or platform to showcase their talent. Schools and Colleges should identify the talented students and send them to inter school/college competitions and workshops. Some talented students are not having any idea on whom to approach and how to approach and present their innovations or ideas.
A regular free downloadable E Magazine with the latest information on science and technology, seminars, webinars or exhibitions, book fairs, competitions will be very helpful for the students. A talent bank should be there in which students can register and MNCs can take these students for training and give them jobs based on their performance and skill.
