Companies should be made to contribute towards a new "skill building" fund and this collective funds should be made available for employees who loose their jobs.
Depending on the size, turnover, sector of companies and the profile of its employees, some form of contribution by employees should be expected towards assisting other youth and job searchers.
Let us say, 2-3 days per year where employees need to prepare 4-6 half day sessions to orient the youth and others looking for jobs. These could include simple sessions to help with building CVs to providing on job training or overview of the work they do to inspire potential job seekers. All of this need to be managed by a centralized agency so that useful works can be made available online to all other Indians.

NSQF curriculum needs world class trade and expertise. They should be given by proper skilled trainer rather than any ill-suited.Practical equipments should be promoted and needs proper funding for their procurement.
