वित्त मंत्री ने केंद्रीय बजट 2015-16 के अपने बजट भाषण में निम्नमलिखित ...
Respected Sir,
Please Give Tax Free Interest on Gold coin and ornaments, The ornaments will not be disturbed and it will be counted only for CRR and SLR for that bank. Same way from now onwards only Gold coins with GOI minting will be sold to the nation let it be bank or Pvt shop. Rest gold coins can be exchange within one year with GOI Coins. This is very good step to unearth the hidden treasure of India and let it be counted for security of Country. Gold donated to Temples to come in this.
I really appreciate the innovative initiative by the honourable Prime Minister
This will really help our economy growth
Best Regards,
Stan
Respected Sir,
On behalf of India Bullion and Jewellers Association Limited (IBJA), I would like to congratulate you for issuing draft guidelines on Gold Monetization Scheme.
We understand that suggestion have been invited by your office in respect to the Gold Monetization Scheme.
In this connection, I have attached a document with IBJA's suggestion in regards to GMS.
Best Regards,
India Bullion and Jewellers Association Limited
Mumbai.
scheme managers for 15 days a year free of cost ( beyond that on chargeble basis).after a span of 10 year depositors have a choice to get gold deposited back or cash, every year divided is declared by the govt on deposited gold and paid to holder year to year user can avail the faclity of selecting different type of ornaments for use booking is also possible to my imagination gold in pune itself lying idle will be around 400-800 tons lying in lockers cupboards, safes causing more expenses and incr
GOLD BANK OF INDIA making a drastic change in economy of country by a small initiative from gov we are habituated of purchasing gold and keeping in lockers and adding value for security without any yearly returns to the lady of gold holder except market value changes
Description: gold remains idle after purchase and selective ornaments are hardly used for 15 -20 days a year it is creating headache to our country as it is to be imported .my innovative scheme say 10 year
On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.
I think the gold collected should be melted and interst should be given in fact ornaments are used hardly 10-15 days a year such ornamnets should be availble not exceeding 10 % value of gold deposited free of cost to ladies who are intersted in using the same 10-15 days a year even black money also cane be brought in service to nation by this methos gold import should be banned for few years and govt should sell this melted gold to jewellers we will have large excess amt for basic developements
A pragmatic vision needs to be in place. The scheme has a lacklustre appeal for masses. People with large holdings of gold may find it attractive, but the scheme should be able to draw commoners, housewives, and small retail investors.
Our national problem is a trust deficit between government, trade and stakeholders. Jewellers can devise a scheme and make it successful, as they are the ones who advise people on their gold portfolio.
I think gold deposited to banks should be useful for nation lot of gold is in india and helping the country for furthur increasing the gap bet import and export making usd stronger day by day we have enough gold for export if routed properly benefiting not only indian rupee but the excess funds will be available for infrastructure development which we are lacking seriouly and asking other nations to invest in india
in fact for say last 60 years we have imported 60000+ tons of gold by devalution
gold monetisation scheme in india has hindrances on 2 fronts, number 1, the holder of gold, if you want him to willingly deposit his gold in banks you need to give at least 10 % of interest, I am sounding little unrealistic here but that's the voice of the woman in India.
number 2 is banks, our banks have genetically grown as a parasite of government subsidy, they will in no condition offer an attractive rate of return, if you want to make this process a success, adpot a direct selling approach.
