मोदीजी मैं आपको प्रणाम करती हूँ, मेरा नाम ट्विंकल वर्मा है। मेरी 18 महीने की बेटी है। मेरे पति को सरकारी नीति के नाम पर धोखा दिया गया है।! मैंने अपने मन की बात आप तक पहुँचाने की बहुत कोशिश की। 7 महीने हो गए। अभी तक कोई नतीजा नहीं निकला। आज मैं अपने परिवार के साथ एक बार आपसे मिलना चाहती हूँ। मैंने सब कुछ किया - ट्विटर, फेसबुक, यूट्यूब, इंस्टाग्राम, जीमेल, मन की बात, पत्र, कई बार फोन किया। लेकिन फिर भी कुछ काम नहीं आया। सर, मेरे पति को सरकारी पॉलिसी के नाम पर 28,000,000 रुपये की ठगी की गई है। यह धोखाधड़ी राजा और उसके परिवार के सदस्यों द्वारा की गई है। मेरे पति बहुत उदास हो गए हैं और बार-बार मरने के बारे में सोच रहे हैं। राजा और उसके परिवार के सदस्य उनके मुसलमान होने का फायदा उठा रहे हैं। मैं कई बार पैसे मांगने उनके घर भी गई। पहले वे वादा करते रहे और समय देते रहे, अब उन्होंने राजा को किसी और के साथ धोखाधड़ी करने के लिए भेज दिया है, लेकिन अब वे मेरे पति को गाली दे रहे हैं और धमका रहे हैं।
मैं और मेरे पति बहुत दुखी हैं। हमें कोई मदद नहीं मिल रही है। मैंने अपने पति को कई बार मौत से बचाया है

At present, our correspondence address can be tracked only through postal department while there are many other private courier services also which deliver letters, ATM cards, bank correspondences etc. When we shift we give instruction at post office to redirect the posts coming to us to our new address. They agree the same for a short period during which we are to update our address at different places. I will suggest that such instruction for redirection should be made available to all postal services including the private couriers that if we give instruction at one point to redirect to our new address, it should be available to all couriers so that we get our correspondences, instead of going and correcting our temporary change in address at different places. I mean India post should act as point of reference for address to all courier or parcel system available in India.
