The Government of India intends to introduce the Goods and Services Tax (GST) in the country at the earliest. GST seeks to subsume many indirect taxes at the Central and State ...
Tax Practitioners are playing very vital role in contribution to the Indian Economy by providing consultation service to the business people. By this Registered Tax Practitioners are acting as bridge between the Government and Business People. Therefore we request to consider "All the existing Tax Practitioners should be treated as Authorized Service Provider/TRP/Practitioner under proposed GST Act with Certification of GSTR-8".
All Existing Tax Practitioners should be treated as TRP's in GST with Certification of GSTR-8
We the Tax Practitioners are bridge between the government departments and clients. And all STP's already registered under the State Vat Acts. In case if the STPs are neglected in the GST stream they may become burden on the society as they become unemployed
we the income tax practitioners and Sales tax practitioners are giving service to the both department since 1952. We also practitioner under the VAT act. it is unfortunate that these group is not recognized under the GST act. Lacks of people giving good service to the government and public under the such circumstance The prince Minister of India and The Finance minister of India Should look in to the matter and they must provide the practice provision in the GST ACT.
Tax Practitioners are playing important role in Indian Economey from so many years, small traders/assesses not possiable to pay higher fees to CA's for consultation so they always prefer ITP's and STP's. Tax practitioners also had good knowledge about tax matters like Incmoe Tax, VAT Tax, Service Tax, Excise Duty etc. so they easily understand GST System and educate the assesses, but i not understand why govt not provide any role of ITP's & STP's in GST System.
Sir, we are the practicing professionals under the I.T./VAT Acts. We are advising the business community on VAT/Central Excise/Service Tax/Income-Tax laws and comply timely. We are directly or indirectly involved in mobilizing revenues to State/Central Govt's. We request the Honorable Prime minister and Honorable Finance Minister to include the Tax-practitioners under the GST regime so that we can render our services in nation building

JCSS Comments on GST Returns Processes
sir, we are living in a dynamic world with cut-thought competition, being a sales tax practitioner are facing lot of problem because under the GST regime scheme the prince Minsiter of india and the finance minister to consider the problems facing of Sales tax practitioners. so it is our humble request to continued as a tax practitioners in GST regime
up coming GST Act is without sales tax practitioners sudden unemployment will be created directly and indirectly. The GST should not provide only one class of practitioner. They also consider STP's who given their whole life for sales tax practice for their family and their dependents. So my request to consider STP's in this act. and STP's are very much capable. I hope the finance minister will look into matter seriously about our bread and butter. "Hare Krishna"
