The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Sir, Handloom by hand manufacturing yern. But we should use modern technology to get better result,employment and revenue. This sector to be developed as a vibrant and encourage people to accept it. Cotton and kadi handloom is playing important role in global warming. Uniform gst and encouraging scheme to help this industry grow. Automatic yearning is helpful to get advance and attractive design and quality to increase revenue

Vocational education is needed to encourage the development of intrapreneur. Public sector companies need the help of intrapreneur to gain strength. So provide lessons and guidance on intrapreneur in vocational education. This country needs the help of intrapreneurs as well as entrepreneurs. Vocational training should also be given on creating intrapreneurs.

In guidelines section No.8./page 36 defining relationship of AB &AA, it is mentioned that ABs will enter in to an agreement with AAs recognised by NCVET for sharing of assessment fees.Whether this assessment fee is same all over India? It should be to remove disparity in fees of different regions.It should be looked in to.
