a patent to issue to an assignee, the assignment must have been recorded or filed for recordation . Recordation of an assignment in the assignment records of the Office does not, by itself, permit the assignee to take action in the application, patent, or other patent proceeding.

Assessment Agencies should be fully governed under one single entity. These agencies must store the applications with anonymous applicant user name which encrypts the personal information in the database. so as the unconscious bias can be reduced basis caste, religion on sect. These agencies should maintain confidentiality at each stage of assesment. These agencies must have centres in each state. These agencies must be well equipped with best IT associates who can manage the data in cloud.

We need to teach our traditional measurement methods in our vocational education. Our younger generation today needs to know our traditional measurement methods. To this day our traditional sizing pattern is less or less followed in the renovation of our traditional buildings, woodwork, measuring food items, and clothing. The government should also teach our traditional measurement methods in vocational education.

Utilizing our country’s traditional metrics in vocational education will bring about positive changes. It will help in renovating historic structures, building new structures with Indian heritage, making Indian markets more interesting and promoting rural tourism. All the references of our traditional Indian medicine are in traditional measurements. We must teach the younger generation international and Indian measurement methods without any discrimination.

Vocational education should be designed according to the states. Some states may have to make some corrections, alterations, molding. The training should be designed according to the nature of the states and districts. For example, in the southern district of Tamil Nadu, which is based on agriculture, driver training can be given with mechanic training. Training in operating agricultural machinery and boat engines may be provided. The same should be done in other states.
