In 2025, the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) is placing special focus on promoting family-based care for children with special needs (Divyaang children). In collaboration with MyGov, CARA invites all Indian citizens to participate in an important national discussion on the theme:
“Non-institutionalized Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs (Divyaang Children)”

This initiative seeks to create a collaborative platform where citizens can:
1. Share insights on the challenges and barriers in the identification and adoption of children with special needs
2. Suggest innovative ideas, strategies, or solutions to strengthen the adoption ecosystem
3. Contribute to policy-making by offering actionable recommendations to ensure a loving family environment for every child, especially those currently residing in Specialized Adoption Agencies (SAAs) and Child Care Institutions (CCIs)

Your thoughtful suggestions can play a key role in shaping a more inclusive, compassionate, and efficient adoption framework for Divyaang children.

Who can participate?
All Indian citizens are welcome to join the conversation and submit their ideas.

To ensure non-institutionalised rehabilitation of Divyaang children, we must strengthen community-based support systems. Accessible home therapy, inclusive education, trained local caregivers, and family counselling can help children grow in their natural environment. Empowering parents, improving early intervention, and building neighbourhood-level resource centres can create a more inclusive and nurturing future.

PHYSICAL HANDICAPPED IS A CURSE TO US .BUT MAKE SURE THEIR INNER STRENGTH OF THEIR MIND GOES WITH OUR HELP TO PASS LIFE WITH GREAT EFFORT AND JOY.IT IS OUR PRACTICAL VIEW THAT SAY WHEN A PHYSICAL HANDICAPPED PERSON GET A CYCLING CAR THEY PAY MORE EFFORT THAN US WHO PROVIDE,SO THEY TRY THEIR LEVEL BEST TO PASS THEIR LIFE WITH FIGHT LEG WITHOUT USE THEY USE THEIR HAND TO DRIVE THE CAR AND GO FROM ONE PLACE TO OTHER AND BECOME THEY TRY TO ENJOY IT WITH THEIR FULL SPIRIT OF LIFE TO SURVIVAL .I WANT TO SAY THEY HAVE SPIRIT IN THEIR LIFE TO USE THE HELP AND TRY TO GET ENJOY WITH ADVANCE IN THEIR LIFE.LIKE MORE DISTANCE RIGHT NOW TRAVEL WITH MORE FAST LIFE.SO ALL MUST SALOOT TO THEIR GREAT SPIRIT THAT SUCCESSFULLY WITH HELP THEY SUBSTITUTE THEIR LEG BY THEIR HAND .SO IT IS ONE OF THE WONDER OF THE GLOBE TO REPLACE TO USE NEW ORGAN INSTEAD OF OLD ORGAN .

If we are talking of Schezofrenia then we should not Outsourse the identifying of symptoms to anyone or private financial gartens. But schools must have walls advertising and advising about symptoms. At times parents are fickle that reporting is taboo. These parents must be encouraged to address their case with moderate pensions post Pvt job retirement to allay their insecurity interest. Loans for handicap friendly cars & bikes can be subsidised. Medicines and treatments should be assisted by voluntary fund collection Machines' statuted for medical shops clinics and camps. Their contribution quota must be made mandatory in general hospitals and clinics services along with eunuchs. For respect and recognition. Their unique talents and uncommon interests must be recorded and given special access in all modes of media. So to educate and notice them by 5th age and initiate attempts to guide the parents willing to provide an exposure to them. 📰 🗞 must give fixed space for al these.
