The expansion of banking and reach of financial services is considered to be vital for the long-term sustainable development of any country. From the standpoint of equity, it is essential that financial services are provided at an affordable cost to those who are presently excluded from the formal financial system. Mobile telephony could be the answer to the problems related to ‘last mile’ service delivery of financial services.

In order to identify and address the various issues for the use of USSD-based Mobile Financial Services, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released Consultation Paper on ‘Review of regulatory framework for the use of USSD for mobile financial services’ on 2nd August, 2016 for comments.

The objective of this Consultation Paper (CP) is to examine the need of mobile based financial services in the country from a public perspective, discuss the issues in its proliferation and to explore solutions for the same.

The Authority has extended the time for submission of comments upto 14th September, 2016 and counter comments by 28th September, 2016.

SIR, 1] Irrespective of what charges big or small, we should get the service that we pay charges for. 2] There should be proper escalation / complaint process which would ensure we get the service we pay for. 3] Since 16 months I am fighting with Idea Cellular with MD Idea Cellular, TRAI, Govt Portal and email ID's in loop, still ZERO network issue not resolved till date. 4] The service provider should pay compensation for not providing the service that was committed or charged for by law.

Sir, as far as banking is concerned, there are people who are having n number of accounts that they they themselves are not aware. and ther are people who still are deprived of this basic facility even after Jan Dhan Scheme. Banking system is over burdened of dormant accounts and inoperative a/cs. Individuals and organizations should not have more than two accounts.Such a policy will reduce the burden on the system, and make the controls effective, I feel.

I will give one example . when I reported about a call received asking my ATM transactions , The customer care of bank says it was a genuine call for survey but at the same time the social media cell of bank says ,It was a fraud call Another one I was able to generate ATM pin of debit card from any number for which bank claims it can be done from Registered mobile only. In short Banks and RBI should be vigilant before launching any application.

I am using banking mobile service regularly , but there are many flaws in systems and banks in the hurry of launching the services are leaving many loopholes in the systems. I have reported many of them to my bank. It is very important to provide the facility at the finger tip but at the same time its more important to have security of system. There are still flaws in systems of Mobile applications which can be misused ( I cant write here for security reasons).Banks must be more serious.

Dear Prime Ministerji, I just wish to request you this. Please assure the nation by declaring concrete steps to save the nation from enemies,from within and outside, and keep the Indians united. People's confidence and faith in you is deteriorating day by day. I wish to see you repeating your thumping victory in the next general election also. Please also direct your Government not to cheat the Defence Forces, by taking advice from selfish bureaucrats.

The constitution needs to be amended to ensure matching responsibilities with power & protection the Govt. employees and the judiciary is enjoying. Presently only power and protection of the Govt. employees and the Judiciary is defined in the Constitution which makes them irresponsible, lethargic, insensitive and inhuman hence the problems being faced by the honorable & law abiding citizens. The judiciary in the country is working only to ensure lavish life style of the Advocates.

Sir I m an Engineering student and a person who loves our nation more than other things.I only want to give hard punishment for the persons who involved in anti-national activities.There should be no relaxation for these types of people.Rules should be hard for them.According to me,these kinds of people should be hanged immediately if they found involving in any anti-national activity which is against our country.And more thing,rules for corrupt people should also hard.Thanks!!!

Dear Respectable PM, I am a senior citizen. I have tremendous energy and zeal to work for nation. Actually I have found groups of senior citizens like me who want to give their share in the development of the nation. Can you incorporate schemes all over where our age would be no bar? Everywhere a retired person of 60 is excluded from work. I want you to guide all such senior citizens and show us how to participate in the noble cause.
