The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

My viewpoint is that to reform India we need to have various reform on various fields like 1. Education : Increase in the number of internship and quality of education via use of Artificial intelligence in exams, study curriculum and AI databases for students. 2. Jobs : Companies aren't coming to India because of high tax rates, we need to lower tax rates for companies in states with less GDP. So that companies can come there. 3. Start ups : Lowering of taxation with Indian start ups and streamline the government approval of these start ups. 4. Delocalisation of Jobs : The jobs in cities are more than in towns and less in villages leading to overcrowding of cities and poor lifestyle. 5. Political changes: Politics has to evolve in order to change the landscape of India.

NAMASTAY BHARAT- THE DIPLOMA DEGREES SUCH AS ITI AND POLYTECHNIQUE SHOULD BE MADE EQUIVALENT TO GRADUATE DEGREE IN INDIA AND WHEN A YOUTH GETS A JOB IN TECHNICAL DOMAINS OF THE GOVERNMENT IN LOWER OR LOWEST POSITIONS HE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO JOIN SO THAT THE YOUTH DOES NOT HAVE ANY REGRET OF NOT BEING ABLE TO COMPLETE GRADUATION AND WOULD NOT HAVE TO WASTE HIS CAREER FOR GAZETTED GOVERNMENT EXAMS AND THE GOVERNMENT WOULD NOT SUFFER FROM MANPOWER CRUNCH IN DIFFERENT TECHNICAL AREAS SUCH AS RAILWAYS ,ELECTRICITY AND OTHERS. NAMSTAY BHARAT- THE IAS AND IPS POST SHOULD BE MADE EQUIVALENT TO THE DEFENCE FORCES WITH SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION OF 15 YEARS TO FRESHERS AND TO TECHNICAL AND LEGAL GRADUATES WITH EXPERIENCE OF 15 YEARS ON TOP POSITIONS OF THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENTS WITH 35 PERCENT RESERVED SEATS FOR RETIRED IAS/IPS AND 35 PERCENT SEATS FOR WOMEN IN THE ASSEMBLY SEATS.THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATES SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN OTHER POSITION THAN THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE TILL COMPLETION OF SERVICE TENURE IN THIS CASE FOR PROPER EXPERIENCE OF THE DISTRICTS IN THE STATES TO DEVELOP THEM AFTER ENTERING POLITICS OF THE STATES AND THE CENTRE.THIS POLICY WILL PROVIDE JUSTICE TO THE YOUTH WHO HAVE DIFFERENT TECHNICAL AND LEGAL BACKGROUNDS IN UNDEREMPLOYMENT JOB ROLES WITH LOTS OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE AND WILL SURELY IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF EXAM SACRIFICES SUFFERED BY THE SIMPLE GRADUATES WHO DON'T HAVE TECHNICAL OR LEGAL DEGREES DUE TO DEGREE SPECIFIC OR OPPORTUNITY SPECIFIC EXAMS. The youth should be motivated in creativity more and more , in the current system of education. The expansion of facilities of technology r a boon for the learners and their evaluation of the Board examinations , should be essentially, include a 'Research Work', based on the studies that they have made , during their tenure of 10-12 yrs of education in , their respective schools and they may choose any teacher as a guide to make their Research Work , presentable.

आदरणीय मोदी जी प्रणाम सादर बंदे महोदय न्यू भारत आप की योग्यता एवं आपके मार्गदर्शन में आगे बढ़ रहा है इसके लिए आपको बधाइयां आदरणीय मोदी जी भारत को बुलंदी पर ले जाने वाला क्षेत्र शिक्षा क्षेत्र एवं स्वास्थ्य में निवेदन करूंगा कि शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर अब फोकस करना जरूरी है सिर्फ राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति बनाकर उसको लागू करना ही काफी नहीं है सबसे पहले जब-जब भी देश की संस्कृति एवं शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर प्रहार हुआ तब सब शिक्षकों ने अपना दायित्व निभाया एवं भारत को नई दिशा धर दिए में निवेदन करूंगा कि शिक्षा व्यवस्था नई शिक्षा नीति लागू करने के पहले शिक्षकों के दायित्व तय किया जाए शिक्षक को समर्पित संपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय हित का चिंतन करवाया जाए एवं अपने पूरे समर्पण के साथ अपने कर्म को वह भगवान मानकर करें अभी शिक्षक सिर्फ और सिर्फ मेंटली प्रेशर लेकर मजदूरी कर रहा है वह अपनी बीवी बच्चे अपने परिवार विशु आराम की चीज जताने में ही परेशान है शिक्षक अपना दायित्व भूल गया है कि वह राष्ट्र निर्माता है उसे इसका बौद्ध करवाना जरूरी है इस हेतु में निवेदन करूंगा कि शिक्षा व्यवस्था में मूलभूत परिवर्तन करके शिक्षकों को उनका

Namaste sir. Nowadays More All India Exams have been conducted for Employments and Education. Staying outside is not safe for Young Girls and boys and also more expensive for Boarding and Lodging. If Government Youth Hostels started in important Cities at reasonable cost it'll be more helpful to middle class and poor. With the proper documents like aadhar and call letters,they may be permitted to stay in youths Hostels. Central Government may take initiatives to Start Central Government Youth Hostels to relieve the stress and fear of the Parents while their son/daughter go to other cities for exams,Interviews,etc,. Need for the Hour. Jai hind.
