Respected sir,,, the reservation system should be demolished....... the selection in the process of interview or job on the basis of reservation ultimately it's occurring because of caste... a student securing lower score then a general can take admission to reputed college because of reservation... the selection should be on the basis of talent..." the Deserved one should get not the Reserved one"... kindly look into this.. sir... specially in the education field it creates a lot of mental depression among the students... even a lot suicide too occurs...not all the general people are previliged.... sorry if i did any mistake of raising the issue..

Kota is famous for coaching centres prepairing thousands of students for entrance examinations.
Of late, Kota is becoming infamous for another reason that is for students committing suicide.
But, why there is need for coaching centres?
Few days ago, I was watching a TV report about one of the toughest exams in the world, Korea’s commonly known test as the Suneung. It also mentioned about "Killer Questions".
The “killer questions” usually have a low correct answer rate and it is typical in South Korea for students to resort to private academies.
Is it not similar to Indian story of coaching centres?
These coaching centres in collusion with top educational institutes have created an atmosphere of " Killer Questions" in India.
South Korea is reviewing it policy to get rid of vicious cycle of "Killer Questions" which has not only created an atmosphere of fear but also adds heavily to the cost of education.
Can we hope to get rid of "Killer Questions" and save students lives

1. Digital Literacy and Skill Development Programs: Incorporate initiatives in the National Youth Policy to promote digital literacy and skill development programs for the youth. This will empower them with the necessary skills to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.
2. Entrepreneurship Support: Encourage entrepreneurship among the youth by providing access to funding, mentorship, and resources. Create a favorable environment for startups to flourish, contributing to Atmanirbhar Bharat.
3. Online Education and Remote Learning: Recognize the importance of online education and remote learning, especially in the context of digital technology. Develop policies that ensure equal access to quality education, even in remote areas.
4. Digital Employment Platforms: Facilitate the creation of digital platforms for job searching and skill matching. These platforms can connect youth with suitable employment opportunities, reducing unemployment rates.

Youth of todays world is more modern, updated with technology, energetic and fast with the development of tehnology. So, youth can solve the problems of todays world with more efeiciency and widely because he knows the actual problems and need of people which are generated with the change of time and technology. Only youth can help the people of the region fastly because he is aware with the new changes. Awareness of time changing things and technology makes youth more valuable for the groth of India. Understanding of new technology in youth can also helpfull for those senior of out society who have more valuable experience and suggestions by discussing or teaching them how to use the technology and how to reduce the burdon of our work load of months by converting it into minutes or seconds. So, If youth comes forward then it should be more helpful for the union of India.
