The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

Youth of todays world is more modern, updated with technology, energetic and fast with the development of tehnology. So, youth can solve the problems of todays world with more efeiciency and widely because he knows the actual problems and need of people which are generated with the change of time and technology. Only youth can help the people of the region fastly because he is aware with the new changes. Awareness of time changing things and technology makes youth more valuable for the groth of India. Understanding of new technology in youth can also helpfull for those senior of out society who have more valuable experience and suggestions by discussing or teaching them how to use the technology and how to reduce the burdon of our work load of months by converting it into minutes or seconds. So, If youth comes forward then it should be more helpful for the union of India.

Prosperity of any nation , is in the hands of healthy youth, both physically and mentally. In order to improve the health of the youth , we need to develop a learning system , where the learners would be in company with each other and also with their teachers, for longer hours. To make this possible, we need to increase, more residential schools, where mentors will also be specially appointed to make the system effective.

In order to give the current educational system , a global feature, we need to make our classrooms , such that they can communicate , with the students of other countries, virtually, can do online activities, in cooperation with each other. This will make the system, interesting and innovative . Each country has its own art and culture , which need not remain , within its boundaries but expand through more and explorations.

Our nation has become the strongest in the world in terms of youth-power. The Youth Policy is the blue-print of harnessing that power for rapid development of our nation. The youth of India must be familiar with the avenues opened up for them by the Policy. A simple gist of the Policy and its aims in the form of a slim pamphlet must be published in vernacular languages and distributed to the youth in every nook and corner of our nation.

I feel as bored as the Auto reader AI. but let me try.. Youth don't need initiatives.. they need HOPE. that they don't find in their RAT race trodden patents.. That's not your Problem.. it's not Even state Jurusdiction.. SO let's just happily screw it.. This govt has not even conducted an Eyewash comedy of an NRC.. Why am I going there..?? Becuz Schools are not the answer.. Horses are in Stables Dogs in kennel.. BUT at School they all are in a Burrow.. Wishing Teachers who have no Greater identity than salary & flatery.. TO REALLY RECOGNIZE THE WORTH OF YOUTH.. YOU NEED A WORKFORCE LIKE CENSUS REGISTERY.. YOU NEED A SURVEY EVERY 2.5 YEARS.. YOU "MUST" TRACK & RECORD STUDENTS PREFERENCES & ASPIRATION ON PERSONAL LEVEL LIKE CHINA.. WHILE.... INDIA ADDS AN AUSTRALIA & ALREADY HAS 3-4 PAKYSTANS.. DIGITISATION IS NOT THE SOLUTION.. BUT IF U R GONNA THINK YOU WILL FIND 70 KAJURS THERE..!! WHO CAN SAVE YOU...?? As I'm talking to a Globally Appeasement ridden Govt.. To catch the Hook..!!

I think the Govt or it's People (Burocrazy) Doesnt really care.. Forst sense I get at this caption is India will not be nation of YOUTH in 2050.. Thats hopefully within my Lifetime.. & WHAT kind of youth are you talking of.. Without breaking the DRY shytt it already is.. Students in Chennai won't know where their Prime minister is.. THEY could not be bothered anny less.. We are progressing only to a Water LOO.. I can see 2050 already waving it's HAND at us.. IT wont be Land Ho.. it will be a CRASH.. The old Phantom state need not haste.. Now let me read what this foggy Dream - exactly is about...
