I am writing to bring to your attention a grave concern regarding the registration of housing societies in Ambernath by Cooperative Registrar Suresh Adhare and Ramchandra Lokhande. It has come to my notice that several housing societies, including Mohan Nano Estates Phase I, II, III, Mohan Suburbia Oxford, Mohan Suburbia Salisbury, Mohan Suburbia Cambridge, Mohan Suburbia Kingston, Mohan Suburbia IV NX, Mohan Nano Club House, Mohan Suburbia Club House, and Mohan Galleria Commercial Complex, have been registered based on false Commencement Certificates and Occupancy Certificates.

This unethical and potentially illegal action not only undermines the integrity of the cooperative housing system but also puts the rights and interests of residents and stakeholders at risk. The use of falsified documents to register these societies is a blatant violation of the trust placed in the Cooperative Registrar's office and goes against the principles of transparency and accountability.
