This refers to Paragraphs 79 and 80 of the Budget Speech 2025-26, which highlight the establishment of a mechanism to drive private sector-led research and innovation at a commercial scale. This initiative is backed by an allocation of ₹20,000 crore as a corpus for the Research, Development, and Innovation scheme, forming part of the ₹1 lakh crore fund for private sector R&D announced in the Budget 2024-25.

In light of this, a Post-Budget Webinar 2025 will be conducted in virtual mode on March 5, 2025. The link to this webinar is https://pmindiawebcast.nic.in/

The Department of Science and Technology (DST) and MyGov are organizing this activity to gather insights from sector experts, facilitating the development of more effective policies, measures, and schemes.

Are the government aware of both brain and financial drain happening in India due to Indian citizens going abroad for post graduation. The criteria is not merit but the wealth of the parents those nations ensure that in due course they will sell all their properties or liquid assets are taken to those nations and eventually we are loosing both people and wealth. Is there any solution

Sir, is it possible to have an UPI wallet with an offer of attractive interests based on its transaction? This can improve the assets (wealth) with the RBI. Also, the login problems with the banking software can be simplified. Even, the wallet can be made always the set maximum amount happening suo moto. This can be considered as a stake for Govt transactions, so that no fine is needed to be imposed.
