1. The use of DHRUVA should be optional. Many people in India are still not digitally literate, and some do not have access to smartphones or the internet. Citizens should not be forced to use a digital address.
2. Traditional addresses should continue to remain valid for the time being. People need time to understand and get comfortable with a new system, and both systems should work side by side until everyone is familiar with DHRUVA.
3. Special attention should be given to rural areas and urban slums, where many houses do not have proper house numbers or formal addresses. The system should be flexible and inclusive so that these communities are not left out.
4. The DHRUVA platform should be available in all Indian languages so that people from different regions can easily understand and use it.
Considering these points will help make DHRUVA truly citizen-friendly and inclusive.
