Way to reduce the corruption nationwide:
Make phone number mandatory on every purchase more than 1000 rupees order and above the 5000 rs AADHAAR is mandatory irrespective of the items we purchase. we can make the OTP based transaction to avoid misuse of the phone number or Aadhar. Consolidate the all the transactions in one financial year and IT dept. can scrutinize the purchase vs income in the ITR. Binamis will be scared to be binami for someone. Shell companies will be caught easily.
