মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী মহোদয়, আবাসিক এলাকার দীর্ঘদিন অব্যবহৃত জমির জন্য একটি জাতীয় রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নীতি চালু হলে সরকার শুধু রাজস্বই নয়, আরও বহু সুবিধা পাবে। ডেঙ্গু ও অন্যান্য রোগ কমলে সরকারি স্বাস্থ্য ব্যয় হ্রাস পাবে, পরিচ্ছন্ন ও পরিকল্পিত শহর গড়ে উঠবে, নাগরিকদের আস্থা ও অংশগ্রহণ বাড়বে, অবৈধ আবর্জনা ফেলা কমবে, স্থানীয় প্রশাসনের কার্যকারিতা বৃদ্ধি পাবে, সম্পত্তির মূল্য ও বিনিয়োগের পরিবেশ উন্নত হবে এবং “স্বচ্ছ ভারত” ও “স্মার্ট সিটি” উদ্যোগ আরও শক্তিশালী হবে। ভারত মাতা কি জয়।

After the 8th Pay Commission, a retired government employee's minimum pension — ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 — will exceed the full monthly salary of crores of currently working private sector employees whose minimum wage sits between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000.
And when those same workers retire under EPS, their maximum pension is capped at just ₹7,500 — with no DA, no revision, no Pay Commission. Ever.

40 lakh retired private sector workers survive on ₹1,000 per month under EPS — ₹33 a day — with no DA, no revision, no Pay Commission protection. Ever.
As the 8th Pay Commission raises government minimum pension to ₹18,000–25,000, these forgotten elders ask for nothing extraordinary — only that EPS minimum pension be raised to ₹7,500 with a simple inflation link.
They contributed faithfully. They served this nation quietly.
They are now in their seventies and eighties.

शहरी गैस एजेन्सी के उपभोक्ताओ को 25 दिन और ग्रामीण गैस एजेन्सी के उपभोक्ताओ को 45 दिन मे सिलेंडर मिल रहा है।इससे ग्रामीण गैस एजेन्सी के उपभोक्ताओ को बहुत परेशानी हो रही है।यह असमानता समाप्त की जानी चाहिए।
परिवार की आवश्यकताऐ सभी के लिए समान है।इस तरह का भेदभाव आज के ,वह भी आपके समय मे उचित नही है।
