I am working in a MNC and have travelled recently to New Zealand, US etc. and each country is clean and organised because there are fines. Hence, following my submission 1) Please have Swachata police applying fines. 2) All roads must have foot path touched from wall to road maintaining cleanliness. 3) All children till age of 18 must go to School I have complete plan and happy to work on it.
