आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर प्रणाम। देश की स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था में मध्यम वर्ग रक्तदान में सबसे आगे है, परंतु वर्तमान व्यवस्था से रक्तदाता निराश हैं। रक्तदान पर मिलने वाले 'डोनर कार्ड' की मियाद मात्र 1 साल होती है, जो कि अनुचित है। मेरा सुझाव है कि नियमित रक्तदाताओं के लिए 'लाइफटाइम ब्लड क्रेडिट सिस्टम' हो। जो व्यक्ति 10, 20 या 30 बार भी रक्तदान करे, उसे भविष्य में कम से कम 5 से 10 यूनिट रक्त बिना शर्त वापस मिलने की गारंटी होनी चाहिए। जब रक्तदाता को अपने भविष्य की सुरक्षा का भरोसा होगा, तभी रक्तद

Respected Modi Ji, The entire gamut of levying toll charges on pan-India basis ought to be revisited.There should be 'no' exemptions whatsoever from payment there of. Can't our VVIPs afford to pay the same out of their own pockets? In all fairness, let them also join the national mainstream by voluntarily contributing towards our national growth.
