Pyaas Foundation, based in Belagavi, Karnataka, is a citizen-led movement of doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, and professionals dedicated to water conservation and community service. In the face of recurring rainfall deficits, the Foundation has rejuvenated 14 lakes and 6 historic wells, restoring safe drinking water to over 2 lakh rural residents and benefiting more than 4 lakh people through improved groundwater recharge and water for agriculture. A landmark achievement has been the restoration of a 300-year-old heritage well, preserving India's rich water culture while reviving a vital community resource. Every project reflects the spirit of Jan Bhagidari, where volunteers work alongside villagers to rebuild nature's lifelines. Pyaas Foundation proves that when ordinary citizens unite with a shared purpose, they can transform lives, protect the environment, preserve heritage, and inspire a nation—one drop of water at a time. Pyaas is making a real and visible change where needed.

In the election campaign in WB PM sir’s address to the public, the main agenda “Palayan rukhana parega” means job creation for young people inside their state. Next proposal is “thora jadai karna parega”means industrialization is a very fast approach. Some of my development assessments according to state resources and demand furnished in the attachment. Most Demand is Coal Gasification industry.Organic & natural Fertilizer from Garbage, Drone Didi Training & Finance,Sports & Football is tradition for people of Bengal. Sports related to many activities & researches would be a best place to attract many people from villages East & North-East India.

Global climate change is the biggest challenge for mankind. India committed to fulfill the growing demand of energy requirement 500 GW from renewable energy by 2030. I had good involvement in Wind mill tower manuf. 2MW cap/Tow.Every state in the race to achieve this milestone target before schedule timeline. Accordingly major contributing states are developing Tamil Nadu- nuclear,wind,solar,Maharashtra-nuclear,wind,solar,Rajasthan-nuclear,wind,solar,MP-Hydel,solar, Karnataka-nuclear,wind,solar,Gujarat-wind,world largest solar,north-east-Hydel power. The state West Bengal is doing nothing in producing energy from renewable sources. Now the additional demand of energy for WB is about 2400MW. The Double engine Govt initiative should focus on solar & wind power sources to satisfy this requirement. In Singur Tata-Nano factory unused land could be the 1st attempt for a Solar power unit. The people of Singur long expectation from the Govt those uncultivated land should be used for industry.

A large number of MBBS students, including myself, are pursuing our education through substantial bank loans, often exceeding ₹10 lakh in tuition fees alone per year. Despite this heavy financial burden, the stipend provided during the compulsory internship period remains extremely low and irregular. In many colleges, the stipend is around ₹10,000 per month, which is insufficient to meet even basic living expenses. In some institutions, stipends are delayed for months or not paid consistently. Internship is not merely a training period—it involves long working hours, significant responsibilities, and direct patient care. Kindly consider implementing a uniform and fair minimum stipend for MBBS interns across all medical colleges. A stipend in the range of ₹25000 - ₹30,000 per month which currently some states are following, or any amount deemed appropriate by the authorities, would greatly help students manage their financial responsibilities with dignity.

India's honest taxpayers play a vital role in nation-building by contributing a significant portion of their income towards the country's development. Many salaried individuals and professionals consistently pay substantial taxes every year with sincerity and discipline. I humbly request that the Government consider introducing a Taxpayer Recognition and Reward Program. Under such a scheme, a small percentage (for example, 5–10% of the income tax paid) could be returned to compliant taxpayers in the form of government benefits or incentives rather than direct cash. These benefits could include priority access to selected government services, education or healthcare vouchers, digital benefit credits, travel concessions, or other welfare-linked incentives. Recognizing taxpayers as partners in India's development journey would inspire more citizens to voluntarily comply with tax laws and contribute towards the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

Reports of deteriorated performance coupled with engine damages with E20 fuel is alarming. Though, vehicle manufacturing companies have denied these claims yet they are not ready to cover this aspect in warranty. It is also alleged that ethanol absorbs moisture and fuel is adulterated at petrol pumps itself. Indian automobile sector has built a trust with performance reliability in over 40 years. This episode is going to result in erosion of that goodwill earned. Overall deficit of trust in automobile and transport sector will not be beneficial for industrial growth. So far government has taken a firm stand to continue with E20 fuel but considering the long term repercussions, it is always advisable to rethink, hold discussions with automobile manufacturers and oil companies to rebuild the lost trust.
