To achieve true self-reliance in semiconductors, India must own the design software layer. Our spending on foreign software licenses is projected to double by 2030.
We cannot secure our electronics ecosystem if our chip designs rely entirely on foreign geometry engines.
As a solution, I am building "PurusKernel" from scratch—an indigenous geometric CAD kernel developed natively for Windows OS, with zero external dependencies. It currently powers PurusCAD (Architecture) and PurusMech (mechanical).
By extending this Windows-native architecture to the semiconductor industry, we can disrupt the EDA space in two key areas:
Advanced 3D-IC Packaging: Essential for modern AI chips that rely on complex 3D chip stacking.
AI-Driven Layout Automation: An indigenous kernel allows local developers to build AI agents that auto-optimize chip geometries on standard workstations.
We must back local inventors building bedrock software IP.

ai chat messaging system must be connected to all government online portals/websites.it would easy for users/clients to solve there general queries through ai.it would be very helpful to all.example-we can query about startups, make in india, connect through many other bodies properly.ai could help alot.lots of time would be saved.

Suggestion for using AI-
-Minimum use of AI in personal life.
-Maximum use in Industrial,Banking, and all other sectors.
-AI is the best tool in Research
-Maximum use of AI where humans have not capability to work e.g.Deserts,Deep sea exploration, Antarctic regions,Space exploration, Mining operations,Fire fighting equipments

I WILL LIKE TO BRING THE SERIOUS ATTENTION TO PMO INDIA TO KINDLY BUILD THE PROPER INFRASTRUCTURE AND ECO SYSTEM OF STARTUP INDIA PORTAL.THE PORTAL SHOULD BE ACCESIBLE AND WE CAN EASILY WORK AND RESEARCH THE STARTUP INDIA POLICY.WE CAN GAIN AND DISCUSS THE IDEAS.AI SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO ALL OF BUSINESS PORTALS,LIKE, STARTUP INDIA,MAKE IN INDIA AND ANOTHERS.AI COULD HELP USERS TO REACH TO THE GOVERNMENT POLICIES.AI COULD HELP THAT WE ARE EASILY CONNECTED TO THEM.PURE PROFFESIONAL SYSTEM.I WILL EAGERLY WAIT FOR THE PROPERLY REPLY BY PMO INDIA

Respected sir, Basic and Advanced purpose required efficient low power consumption RISC based Micro controller and Microprocessor. These Controller are used in AI soft computing Modelling (classification and prediction application for advanced algorithm CNN) and real time AI enable system. In development phase highly problem occur memory side and processing Side, when any time to execute AI system and model. So Sir In my suggestion New possibility found to developed AI based RISC processor with low power consumption and high speed.

Companies like Micron and Kaynes have already started their work. This shows that India's Semicon 2.0 is not just a plan on paper, but a real project happening on the ground. By setting up advanced testing and packaging factories in Sanand, these leading companies are proving that India has the capability to manufacture chips. This success will encourage other global companies to bring their business to India. Supported by strong government help in raw materials, chip designing, and training local students, the success of Micron and Kaynes lays a strong foundation. It will help India become independent and a major player in the worldwide electronics market.

Respected Sir, Namestay.Scientifc development & Spirituality must go simultaneously.Presently, ethical index of country is poor.Ethical governance & spiritual living be given top priority as a topic,in foundation/orientation courses, workshops, seminars, meetings etc.Performance of political executive & bureaucracy be assessed on improvement in ethical governance & spiritual living. It will enhance involvement of intellectuals in scientific & R& D sector.Without this we are in myth.Regards

Respected Sir, Namestay.Devlopment in AI & semiconductor is new future in technology.R&D , investment is most needed.Ethical governance & Spiritual living is must for Vikasit Bharat & Sustainable living.Ethical governance & spiritual living is to be integrated with development in different sectors. There are adulterations in govt.construction sector, foods, medicines, crimes, road accidents, inequality,Cancers(Tobacco & Liquor), mental health issues, Ethical governance & spiritual living is solution

If govt can provide us FPGA boards to me and my team, we can demonstrate camera image signal processing engine IP all made in India.
Their is requirement of indigenous camera IP, currently it's being imported from china.
This can be scaled to AI SoC which can support more than 200 ISP.
This has application in surveillance system in big factories and hotel industry. Nevertheless traffic management and defence sector can leverage our indigenous technology.
I'm graduate from IIT BHU, varanasi in micro electronics and working with corporate but wanted to give back to nation.

NIDAN: AI-Native Debug Fabric for Indigenous RISC-V Cores
There is a underused leverage point: AI making silicon DEBUGGABLE. Post-silicon bring-up of complex processor cores eats 40-60% of dev time - engineers manually correlate JTAG/DTM trace dumps against pipeline stalls, replay storms and CDC violations, one waveform at a time.
NIDAN embeds a lightweight AI anomaly-detector atop the standard RISC-V Debug Module (DM core, abstract-command engine, trigger module), trained on a growing indigenous "bug-signature" dataset drawn from India's homegrown processor programs. It watches live trace during bring-up, flags stall/hazard patterns against known root causes, cutting debug turnaround from days to hours.
Strategic value: sovereign debug IP + a national bug dataset, cutting reliance on foreign EDA tools - strengthening Atmanirbhar Bharat at the costliest, least-automated stage of the chip lifecycle.
