No incremental changes are going to work in the EPFO, unfortunately. It’s been crying for a transformation, a complete overhaul, for decades. There’s huge inertia that’s not letting it to change. The babus are to the EPFO what termites are to the wood. Once infected, the wood must be replaced. Look at the plight of the private sector employees - no job security, no social security - who have to deal with this sick organisation.

Honourable PM Sir, In addition to establishing Fast-Track and Special Courts to deal with Pendency of Court Cases in India, the pendency shall strictly be monitored by: (1) Restricting Special Leave Petitions to purely Constitutional and Substantial Questions of law; and (2) Curbing frequent Adjournments by enforcing Strict Timeframes and impose Heavy Financial Penalties on both Lawyers and Parties filing frivolous discharge petitions and interlocutory applications or seeking delays. The financial penalties shall be as heavy as: (i) 10% of the Cost to Bench to function, for the1st unusual delay request, (ii) 20% for 2nd unusual delay request, (iii) 40% for 3rd unusual delay request, (iv) 60% for 4th unusual delay request, (v) 80% for 5th unusual delay request, and the case shall forever be concluded within the next session or one (1) year, whichever is earlier. All the cases against sitting and former MPs and MLAs across India shall be taken on priority. Thank you, Regards.

The SIR experience of the Delhi citizens has been a bit unsettling. Hardly anyone is debating about this its need & usefulness. But the execution hasn’t been very good. First, the form itself is confusing, even for the educated - left column, right column, bottom part - what needs to be filled, how & where? Two, some BLOs didn’t even visit their blocks even once; they just authorised a local resident to act as a collection agent on their behalf; the poor soul couldn’t help clarify any doubts. An unnerving feeling what would happen with the poor and uneducated masses! At some places BLOs shared pre-filled templates illustrating various scenarios. That was great individualised effort - still not system driven. The Govt shall ensure flawless execution for such a crucial exercise. One genuine voter being left out is far too many!

I would like to add that I have kept the detailed concept and unique features of NEKA confidential at this stage. If I am given an opportunity to connect with the appropriate person or team, I would be happy to explain the complete idea and its potential.
I believe India has an opportunity to develop innovative consumer gadgets that can compete in the global market, rather than depending heavily on products sourced from other countries. My vision is to build NEKA in India and work towards making it a product that we can proudly take to the world.
I sincerely request your guidance in connecting me with the right person who can help me explore the next steps towards developing this concept into a working product.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Regards,
Prasanth N

Subject: NEKA — An Indian Smart Gadget with a Global Vision
Respected Prime Minister Sir,
I am Prasanth N, an aspiring entrepreneur from Andhra Pradesh(Vijayawada), developing NEKA, an innovative smart wallet gadget.
My vision is to build a unique consumer technology product in India instead of relying on products sourced from other countries, and eventually take our innovation to the global market.
I aspire to turn NEKA from a concept into a working product through Indian engineering, product development and manufacturing. I hope this journey can contribute to India's growing technology ecosystem and inspire more homegrown innovations.
I would be grateful for an opportunity to bring attention to this vision through the appropriate platform and seek guidance on taking the idea forward.
Thank you for encouraging innovation and the spirit of building in India.

Is CPGRAM fast losing its teeth at such a young age? There have been instances where the responses to grievances get inordinately delayed; often ending up getting closed with generic & useless responses - clearly indicating that no one even cared to read them in the first place. An appeal becomes quintessential. Here’s an instance where an appeal doesn’t even have the concerned officer’s details! Sad to see such a marvellous piece of feedback mechanism ending up like this!
