Written many times to PMO and Ministers but unfortunately Govt. do not any consideration for:
1. How technical and financial corruption will be avoided in any investment by Govt. of India.
2. Budget allocation is one-thing and proper and effective utilization diff
2. Mr. Arun Jaitley has not allocated any budget to control corruption in Infrastructure,Road, Transportation, IT and Revenue.
3. Aam AAdmi knows where and how corruption is happening only Govt. do not have any idea(1..)

We note Ministry of Skill Development has requested all ministries to amend the service rules to give preference to skill certified personnel in Jobs. Can we fast track this and make it mandatory for all Central government/PSU/Bank/Insurance/Semi-Govt jobs from lowest to highest cadre to specify skill certification requirement for each job, rather than specifying 10th/12/Degree/PG Pass unless this is done students are more interested in attending coaching classes rather than join skill training

Skill Development is the answer to unemployment, but people are not voluntarily paying and joining skill training as Govt job eligibility dont specify requirement for skill certificates.Several lakhs appear for entrance exams coaching for Govt/ bank/insurance/railways/psu etc. In the job entrance exams they are not examined on skills rather on General knowledge, maths, english etc. Please examine persons on skills like banking subjects for bank jobs ,to convert coaching centres to skill centres

There is huge opportunity to reform higher education and make people all over the world to study in India.Quality of education need to be improved.Question paper setting and evaluation should be by external examiners as done in UK universities.Internal marks to be counted to be eligible to sit for university exams and not to be counted in Overall marks for credibility. Promote online education like NPTEL in big way and allow students to obtain certificate/diploma/degree and PG by NPTEL exams

Huge scope for Study in India and Heal in India, which can be the thrust areas in future. Please eliminate unwanted regulations/Jurisdiction requirements for delivery of online and distance learning in a massive way for skilling and educating Indians at least cost. Please increase MBBS and PG Seats across india, so that MBBS passed practice and dont sit at homes and study for Medical PG EXAMS.Lack of specialist doctors cost of health care is unaffordable, opportunity for medical tourism is lost

I congratulate TEAM INDIA for bringing out a great budget to build strong India. No freebies for the first lime, I believe.Importance given to Agriculture, neglected all these years in spite agriculture being Nations major occupation.
Sir, My concern is about the Excise duty levied on Jewellery manufacturers, are they going to bring the old days back. What is the impact on small traders and goldsmiths who transform old jewellery to new. Pl clarify the dept.roll.

Thanks for the great budget and rural focus. Can we promote rurban in a big way and promote several thousand smart villages instead of funds for smart cities and give tax exemptions for new service and manufacturing industries to be set up in rural areas, which will prevent migration, create jobs, reduce cost of service and manufacturing and allow India to remain competitive.Urban focus will make India uncompetitive due to high cost of living from high rental real estate prices and high salaries
