Honorable PM sir,
I am sharing my story as I have been working in the skill development and employment generation sector since long. I believe that upskilling our youth is the only way to move this nation forward and grow.
Sir,
In all school syllabus, we have same pattern of book and education which is not helping us much in the our day to day life.
Rather can we have a subject that helps student to learn values, discipline, cleanliness etc as mandatory subject in the school which will make them aware of all the good values in their life.
right now there are very few schools having this subject but this is not mandatory subject for which student are not at all interested in learning.
Indian old education system is always marks oriented ,I don't say scoring good marks is not important but along with that this values are also important, so if we keep this as one of important subject then it will groom student more better.
Apart from that, Indian education system is very defined for which student randomly make decision only after 10th exam what they want to pursue, but rather if we introduce different career program so that they have real clarity of their interest as well as benefits right from school.
Respected Shri. Narendra Modi Sir,
India's cultural and traditional practices are very strong and hence India is progressing and issues such as wars, economy slow down, etc are not affecting us in large way. One such practice is our elders including father, mother, grandparents, teachers, seniors, etc are instilling good ideas/practices to their younger ones. But of late it is observed that transfer of Indian traditional cultures and practices to younger ones is not happening both in terms of quality and quantity. This may be because of several reasons such as nuclear families rather than joint family system, bonding between family members in terms of respect and love towards each other, etc. My only wish is the some how people should be made aware of this and also through MANN KI BAAT, so that people in India all around the world live in peace, harmony and prosperity.
Respected sir,
In every village we need building a primary school to 10th standard school, because as we see in urban areas many different types of schools are available for different types of education.but in rural area there is no facilities regarding good practical education, nor different types of schools, that's why the distance between Rural student and urban student are increasing.to tackle this point we need to build atleast 1 skill development, practical learning school at taluka level.(tehsil).
thank you
