Mr. V Syamkumar is Deputy Commissioner in State GST Department, Kerala and presently working on deputation in GSTN as Assistant Vice President (Services) since March 2016. He has done M.Com (Finance), M.A (Sociology) and LLB. He joined Commercial Taxes Department Kerala in the year 1994. He has participated in many workshops/courses, on VAT, GST, smart Governance and modern office management.
