मै मन की बात मे यहि कहना चाहती हूं, मे 16 साल से आगंबाडी की साहायका हू। जिसमे मेरा मानदेय मात्र 2975 है। इतने कम पैसे में मेरा बहुत ही मुश्किल से गुजारा होता है। जिसमे हमे 5 से 6 घंटे का ड्यूटी देना परता है, और हमे प्रोमोशन का आश रहता है। जो की अभी तक नही हुआ है। आपसे यही निवेदन है कि आप हम सहायिका पे भी ध्यान दे। सेविका को तो हरेक फन्ड में इन्कम होता है जो कि 30 - 40 हजार रुपये कमा लेती है। और हम सहायिका से कम काम होता है। सिर्फ रजिस्टर मेनटेन करना पड़ता है। वो भी अपने फायदे के लिए ही करती है। तब इतना गिनती करती हैं। सरकार तो सिर्फ़ सेविका का ही सुनती है। वैसे भी बिहार में बहुत भस्टाचार हैं। और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में तो काफी ज्यादा है। 🙏 🙏🙏 🙏 🙏 मेरे इस बात का ध्यान रखेंगे आपसे निवेदन है। 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏

Young girl in tanjavur works as temporary sales assistant in govt museum, earns around 7000/month but has to spend ₹ 60 up and down daily, my heart sank hearing her soft difficulties, I could not spend anything on that day thinking on these realities can the govt do something on these ground realities. I decided to stop my smoking habit and send that money to her hereafter, I can make one difference in one life, but wish it can be to many more. Govt should appoint honest warriors to identify such cases and get the benefits of govt schemes reach them to make a difference in such young girls life to work and earn Honourbly.

Our eastern states are having an early sunrise and early sunset.
In my previous company I was having some client in Kolkata.
Industries suffer from early going or we can say timely dispersal due to start of dusk.

Can a different time zone help in better Industrial / Work growth of state and people?
Is the world time zone specifies something like that?

I am practicing doctor an anaesthesiologist and have also served as medical superintendents of District Hospital Pulwama and 500 bedded DRDO Covid Hospital Srinagar during Covid pandemic. Both tenures were difficult in their own ways. What we realised on ground from 2016 was that mortality from road traffic accidents is alarmingly on rise and deaths from medical emergencies erupting out from non communicable diseases is also on rise , as we have not properly developed prompt response system to react to these emergencies and taruma within golden hour and need to make more progress to generate response to these emergencies under platinum 10 concept.
At district hospital pulwama i designed unique red and yellow computer generated emergency codes with voice and light commands that enabled response of specialist doctors to these emergencies in less than a minute and delivery of emergency care to life threatening conditions in less than 5 minutes .

I am very happy to write this letter, We all should say at least one thanks to One of our Police officer who is working as Assistant Commandant in Hassan,Karnataka state ( He is basically from a small village i.e.Ballakere, Hosadurga (tq),Chithradurga (dist),Karnataka) for his excellent work done by him with strong leadership when he was working in Indian Reserve Battalion, Munirabad, Near Hospet, Koppal District.
He had qualified & selected for KAS (Karnataka Administrative Service) & selected for Assistant Professor Post of Karnataka Govt. & Also many other government jobs.
But he was very firm about his goals to construct & develop a Big Lake project at IRB, Munirabad, Because of this project he quit all other opportunities of big posts in Govt.
We can’t explain his works in words, someone should visit this place, enjoy the atmosphere created by him to the society. Please read attached file.

9. Jun 1st is celebrated by UN as International Parents day. It is for parents who does sacrifice, commitment and support to their children. In our culture daily we have practice of "Matha, Pitha, Guru and Theivam(God)". This jun 1st all other countries in the world celebrating. It is good. It is a reminder. Probably we can also remind parents commitment, support , how it is helping to study, achieving career goals, life goals etc. We have to respect our parents.
(10) Similarly Jun 5th is World environment day. Mygov also tasks, survey came, The day reminds us to keep the clean environment, more trees, avoiding carbon emissions, CFC free products, green energy etc We have to practice whatever possible ways go green ways. This will reduce diseases, climate changes, heat increase etc.

3. Uniform marriage laws- registration of marriage in courts before marriage: no unnatural marriage should be allowed

4. Uniform education policy

5. Right/duties of Judiciary/ Government on children education and choosing religion

6. Changing syllabus of students should be done by commission/ approval by Government and judiciary and by public participation

7. Abolition of Religious law boards/ waqf board like institutions

8. Freeing religious places from Government control with Tax provisions on income

9. No religious teachings in close unmonitored groups

पढ़ाई के साथ काम करने वाली शिक्षा प्रणाली को विकसित करना चाहिए। जैसे सुनने में आता है कि कनाडा आदि देशों में बच्चे पढ़ने जाते हैं तो वो काम कर खुद से अपनी आवश्यकता को पूरा कर रहे हैं।
भारत में भी छोटे छोटे बच्चों को छोड़कर बाकी सभी बच्चों के लिए यही व्यवस्था लाना होगा अन्यथा एक ऐसा समय आयेगा जब पढ़ लिखकर लोग बेरोजगार कहलाएंगे।
हमें ऐसे सिस्टम को बनाना होगा जिसमें पढ़ाई के साथ साथ रोजगार यानी काम भी मिले। फिर शर्म और बेरोज़गारी का नाम नहीं लिया जाएगा।
