The Aadhar Database should be made used in Future for Employee Database in Central, Sate, Military Services, PSU, PVT Services. It can be used for State and Central Digital services as Residential Proof for RTO, Passport, PANCARD, BPL Card, Ration Card, Voter Card, and Banking Services. All we need Re-Engineering Government Database and make Centralized Database useful where state government departments can fetch data from Central Database.

I really can't understand the thousand of different digital services provided by the government like we have grievance system in center govt and some other system in state level and we still making system in district level. Is that means the all 3 system are not good enough. With this practice we are loosing our time and efforts. We having aadhar card then what is the need of driving licence, pan card and other cards. There must be 1 technology for 1 problem means integration of services is imp.

The public transport bus drivers are infamous for their rash driving. To keep check on them a system employed by the some of the private taxi provides to track their taxis can be used by the government which will not only help track the locations of the buses but all keep a check on their speeds, stoppages etc. and can help the also be used to keep the passengers well informed of the updated schedule of the buses.

Regarding best practices, the two countries we could look at are the United States and China not because their system is extremely efficient but due to their scale. The Social Security site of the United States http://www.ssa.gov/ could serve as a starting point for further discussion and model. India's additional challenges include * Sheer size (1.2 billion) * Lack of functional literacy * Leveraging the available infrastructure * Political and regional consensus
