We can easily clean our river Ganga.For that first,we need to place the large size nets with small holes in them(they will act as Semi-permeable layers).Thus all the wastes come and struck in the nets.And we need to clean them once a month.So that the river will be cleaned automatically.Remember to place 100-150 large sized nets.These nets should be like gates so that whenever floods occur they can be opened so that the nets will not be broken.And they will be safe.

Implement Laws to Strictly Prohibit Dumping of factory, municipal, restaurants, other business's garbage disposals from entering into the rivers. Violators (2nd time) should lose their license to do business and first time violators should pay hefty fines. Monitoring & implementing task force should be people from various states, not just local people to avoid corruption in implementing the law. Once the law is enforced, deploy the cleaning machines to separate the garbage from the water.
