Second time Mr. Piyus Goyal, the finance minister, gave exemption from Rs.2500/-to Rs.12500/- for income upto Rs. 5lakhs to small assesses. And again put the tax of Rs.13000/- on income of Rs. only 1,000/- after 5 lakhs. Their must be formula of Marginal relief after income of Rs.5 lakhs. Both the ministers were playing like a little child. No body have experience to handle finance ministry in Indian environment. India is not a America or Japan. Let the people first be trained in every aspect.

The Government of India should remove penalty for late filling of ITRS in the same assessment year. Let the public i.e., small business assessees to make their earning in the season from February to July and then give them 4 months of time to file return upto December without late fee in the same year. I had earlier written to The Prime Minister of India Shri Modiji the same fact, but Mr. Jetlyji did not consider the matter and our party BJP was defeated in Assembly election in three states.

Interest subvention, interest incentives may be introduced for Agricultural Term loans, which would promote land development, irrigation activities in their farm land &also farm mechanisation. Such activities do not give adequate returns to the investments, especially in dry land farming. The step would support prompt repayers in Agricultural Lending. Presently such incentives are available for KCCS borrowers, which is chiefly useful to farmers with fertile/riverbed farm lands.

I am for the last 40 years working in the field of Accounting , Audit and Income Tax. I have not seen un experience person like Shri Arun Jetly, who reduced the tax exemption of Rs. 5000/- to 2500 upto the income of Rs.5 lakhs., imposed penalty for late filling of ITRs in the same assessment year. One should know carefully that this is India. Here remains business season and marriage session from February to July. If any one will not earn money in this season of business, how he will pay tax
