पिछले दो दशकों में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था ने वैश्वीकरण और उदारीकरण के काऱण, कई घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय कंपनियों को विशेष रूप से उपभोक्ता वस्तुओं और सेवाओं में विशाल घरेलू बाजार पर लक्षित व्यवसाय/व्यापार मॉडल के नए तरीके में निवेश करने के लिए तैयार हुई हैं। प्रत्यक्ष बिक्री इन विधियों में से एक है, जहां माल/सेवाएं उपभोक्ताओं को निर्माता/सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा सीधे बेचे जा रहे हैं। इसके लिए विभिन्न मॉडलों जैसे, मल्टी लेवल/नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग, डोर टु डोर सेलिंग, ऑनलाइन सेलिंग, टेली-शॉपिंग का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। यह कार्य प्रणाली नई और परंपरागत खुदरा दुकानों से अलग हैं।

इन मॉडलों के माध्यम से एक उचित नियामक ढांचे के अभाव में, उपभोक्ता की ओर से खुदरा, व्यापारी के मुद्दों, क्षेत्र का धीमा विकास आदि की शिकायत की जा सकती है।

DEAR SIR,DIRECT SELLING IS THE GOOD METHOD OF SELLING GOODS,AS THE CUSTOMER GETS THE GOOD AT A VERY LESS PRICE AS TO OTHER METHOD OF SELLING,BUT IT NEEDS TO BE GOVERNED BY THE LAW IN A COMPLETE REGULATORY AND STRICT MANNER,AS THE EXAMPLES OF ONLINE SITES LIKE FLIPKART AND AMAZON ETC OF CHEATING PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF GOOD PRODUCTS,ALSO SOME WEIGHT GAINERS AND MASS GAINERS INCLUDING MUSCLE BUILDERS ARE IN THE NAME OF CHEATING,ALSO GOVERNMENT WILL HAVE TO AWARE THE CONSUMERS MORE AND MORE THANK YOU

It's great to see that we are open and looking out to change and ammend our old rules for prize chit acts scheme. The industry of Direct selling and Network marketing is of 6 billion rupees but looking to grow to 600 billion rupees by 2025 as per Kong report submitted to government earlier. Genuine companies should get a chance to perform their businesses across country so that we can increase the Entrepreneurship through one more industry. If Warren Buffett can have 3 mlm company,no question.

2 wheeler and 4 wheeler companies making wrong commitments regarding the mileage of their vehicles and the truth is far behind. As they are saying the milegae is 80 kmpl for the bike , it is actually not more than 50. So there should be regulation on them to show minimum mileage commitments.

IRDA is marketing and selling all insurance like Life insurance but in India, marketing and wrong commitments of loan is pure fraud of direct selling insurance through online or agent, broker, distributor and IRDA ups hand for that actual and directly to citizen fraud pleased PMO aur FM should wake up for this serious fraud with individuals.

The companies who want to sell directly must issue at least 20% of their shares in to public. because government should also think about biggest employing sectors (wholesale and retail markets). They can diversify their current income in shares and can secure their future.
