The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is an accreditation body for higher education in India. Around 695 universities and over 34,000 colleges in the country are running without accreditation from NAAC.
The primary objective of NAAC is to promote and improve the quality of higher education in India. It does this by assessing and accrediting institutions based on their academic excellence, infrastructure, teaching-learning processes, research, and extension activities.
The NATIONAL ASSESSMENT AND ACCREDITATION COUNCIL (NAAC) conducts assessment and accreditation of Higher Educational Institutions (HEI) such as colleges, universities or other recognised institutions to derive an understanding of the 'Quality Status' of the institution.
For strengthening the Assessment & Accreditation of Higher Educational Institutions, the Government of India has constituted a High Level Committee, under the Chairmanship of Dr. K. Radhakrishnan, Chairperson, Board of Governors, IIT Kanpur & Chairperson, Standing Committee of IIT Council.
Respected sir ji ppp model public private partnership model is very good option why because is if ppp model done then administration is controlled by business man so this professors sexual harrasment is going to end if any teacher or professor done sexual harrasment then they will be kick of from the organisation next if PPP model done then business man provides employment to the students in their company and if students brilliant then business man support to start up new creation of make in India and last and final please this professors wasting of money in the name of research they are wasting money of public at least 500 crores per annum please think on atleast single research has successfully useful to the public answer is no so why should provide money for the name of research if ppp model done then business man do in business manner then all the teachers will work properly every year 1000s of complaints received to ministry of education in the name of sexual harrasment by teacher
Accreditation of Higher Educational Institutions must include interview of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities admitted to the institutions. Gaps identified in integrating persons with Benchmark Disabilities in higher education must be addressed on a quarterly basis. A Task force with prominent persons having benchmark disabilities including Padmshree awardees should prepare action plan to bridge the gap. Thereafter the same team should facilitate execution of action plan and interact with students with benchmark disabilities following Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle. This will help improve the support system for integrating persons with benchmark disabilities in higher educational institutions.

My suggestions are :-
1. For quality education and research, teachers/professors/scientists recruited in any institute must be well qualified having immense interest in their work field. Their background must be verified ( i.e. are they hardworking in their actual life, are they honest and punctual in their actual life ) because many of the teachers or professors or scientists are recruited either on the basis of their marks and not on their overall capabilities or through political or professional linkages (maximum selections) leading to poor performance in professional and educational fields. Political involvement/affiliation must be stopped. Hence verification of capabilities of each teacher is must.
2. It is noticed that some teaching faculties show gender biasness while evaluating the performance (due to emotions) of students, which downgrade the moral of students. Hence students capabilities must be analysed while assessing an institute.

First off, every educational institution must not only be relied on the accreditation and grading, they must have their own incentives and inherent qualities regardless of inspection.
