In central Govt the officers are divided into two groups 'A and B. This British culture - the Britishers are 'A' and natives are 'B' employees. India must remove this otherwise attempts to proper administration shall remain a dream.

out of 1500 under secretaries in central secretariat half of them are without work. there is an urgent need for work study in central secretariat service (CSS) so that all of them can be used productively. there is total dictatorship and arbitrariness in transfers and postings in CSS by secretaries and other highers officers which has caused frustration in the service and due to uneven distribution of work. when will new government start looking into the working of every ministry.

Problems faced by the house hold people wives, old people must also be given importance .We people who stay at home are facing problems .If counselors are provided by the government we can approach such people.

After NaMo came to power, there is a quick response from Public Grievance and Redressal Machinery esp. comes under PMO. Through Public grievance machinery govt. can measure and understand what is going on the ground and direct some structural changes for improving governance of the country. PG becomes a tool to understand magnanimity of corruption, malpractices, poor admin. bad policy, policy paralysis, indecision, injustice which affect common citizenery in the country.PM should take note of it

Sir, could it be possible to develop a dedicate mobile application, as is suggested for the PMO, for all district collectors / RDO's / IG's. This can be linked so as to facilitate exchange of complaints / views. Regular google hangouts can be held for receiving feedback from the public. This will also help in co-ordinated approach to tackling local issues, which at times may have various dimensions. It will also then be mandatory to begin a time bound redressal mechanism.
