A team of monitoring system with this dedicated task should be made to work and check that action taken by gram panchayat,hospital school etc were in time and upto mark. So that quality and perfrmance may be ensured.

School fund by Govt and programme for which it will be sanctioned,should be displayed on every locality notice boards.
Every quater it should be attested by 10 villagers.
So that funds may be used properly and timely

Panic buttons on electric poles and cctv cameras in streets should installed so that events or incidents may be monitored at realtime.
Peoples action and response also may be seen. Criminals may be followed upto their home or hideout

Ladies drunk in late night parties and being Victimized in isolated areas and Raped,the Situation is going out of Control.Now Government should Impose CAPITAL punishment to the people conducting such Corrupt deeds.Not all such cases are reported in Police so a National level Committe should redress the solution.
