These innovations are somehow related to our foreign policy. Those contracts are ostensibly for ordinary people of India but actually these contracts are either for those who funds parties in elections or to for foreign contractors to make strong relations with developed countries like France,USA or Israel.

Dear respected sir, i think that along with skill development, basic valie development like team work, compassion, smart work, organisation, time management, communication, integrity, etc is also very important. Only skill will not help individual to grow. Basic values have to be taught at early age through various mediums and inculcated in young minds. Most of people are lacking basic values. We need to have programs incorporating basic value systems which was done in gurukuls.

I think this is a good initiative to qualify on the basis of knowledge and skills . this brings us to advantages like- * quality of work * better payment because of their quality of skills and knowledge* This would attract FDI because of the quality of the workers , this would reduce their extra efforts * most important knowledge and skills makes people self reliable and boost confidence . but most important of all investment should be first made to make people skilled and educated . thank you

We need to privatise HAL let it merge with ISRO and manufacture items for it as before.let it not do manufacturing but only research organisation like isro and drdo.as it is competing and not letting private aeronautic sector grow.let them do research like nasa does on x-planes but they do not manufacture.we need private sector for aircrafts like usa does for defence and technology growth.let HAL produce parts for isro and just take care of aircraft researvh in country and supervise private sect
