Ministry of AYUSH organizes the International Day of Yoga, the purpose of this event is to highlight the fact that Yoga can contribute in a holistic way to achieving equilibrium between mind and body. This approach to health and wellbeing can make a direct and useful contribution to humankind's quest to achieve sustainable development and move towards lifestyles that are in harmony with nature.

In view of the forthcoming International Day of Yoga-2018 and to generate awareness about the benefits of yoga for the comprehensive well-being of Indian women in the "40 plus" age group, Ministry of AYUSH invites you to share your ideas through the MyGov platform.

Yoga is very usefull to all age group of people.As we are discussing about the importance of yoga for 40 plus age group indian womens,As daily routine of indian womens are too hard they have toh do many work .Most of the womens daily routine starts from 5 to 11 at night.They are full of anxiety and work stress but daily yoga make their body fit and make their mind ready for any work .They will be full of energy and capacity for doing work.It also make them feel fresh and healthy.💃
