Vocational education should be taught in schools too. In appointing teachers for this, priority should be given to those with education or work experience. Vocational education is slightly different from school education, so it is also necessary to find qualified people for this.
Priority should be given to those with ITI & NAC education qualifications or work experience in appointing vocational education teachers.
There should also be appointment of vocational education teachers in the upcoming CTETs. Those who have completed NCVT & NAC or have work experience should be given the opportunity to write the CTET exam and become vocational education teachers in central & intermediate syllabus in government and private schools.

Respected Office of the Hon’ble Prime Minister,
Namaskar.
I am writing to respectfully submit a proposal titled:
“Request for Recognition of ‘Verified Earnings Summary’ to Empower India’s Informal Workers.”
This proposal outlines a national-level solution developed by our platform Labors.in, which supports MSMEs and informal sector workers across India. It presents a framework to recognize digitally generated earnings summaries as alternative income proof — thereby enabling access to loans, insurance, housing, and education support for millions of workers who currently remain invisible to the financial system.
The initiative strongly aligns with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of Digital India, financial inclusion, and dignity of labor.
We sincerely seek your kind consideration and guidance to take this idea forward through the appropriate channels.
Warm regards,
Shibu K C
Founder – Labors.in

Instead of giving jobs and prizes to those who come in the top three positions in vocational education, vocational training, and skill exams, the government should make them entrepreneurs. Those who come in the top three positions have high skills in the industry, and if the government makes them entrepreneurs, they will provide employment to many people. The government should provide them with capital funds, equipment and tools to start MSME companies. If highly skilled people are identified in the examinations conducted by government public sector enterprises, instead of giving them employment, they should be given job opportunities and turned into entrepreneurs. They should be given orders from their companies and turned into industrial partners. Since the govt employs highly skilled people in its companies, their talents are not revealed. No matter through which examination the govt finds talented people, the govt should make them entrepreneurs.

An important aspect of skill development is to create jobs.Employment notifications should be published at the state level only for Group D and unskilled, non-executive posts in SSC, manufacturing and service sector public sector enterprises. Exams should be held in state languages.Since the announcement of Group D and Non-executive posts at the national level has started, skill development training has become meaningless. Priority should be given to the people of the respective states. Employing people from other states is a hindrance to the people from using the facilities of the service sector. The youth should not be misled into believing that it is difficult to get a job if they study. Government and private companies must publish announcements for Group D and Non-executive posts at the state level and employ local people. The government should take an important decision on this issue administratively.
