Karnal is selected for Round-2 under Smart City Mission and Karnal Municipal Commission is in the process of preparing the revised Smart City Proposal. Citizens are requested to give valuable suggestions to revise the Smart City Proposal of Bilaspur for Round-2 and onward submission to MoUD.

To disseminate the process of re-formulating the proposal and inviting citizen’s participation, Karnal Municipal Corporation (KMC) is organizing a Talk Show on 17th May 2016 from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM at VikasSadan, Karnal.
KMC seeks to obtain feedback on defining the vision statement. The citizen engagement would lead to a meaningful envisioning exercise and identify the priority areas of physical, social, economic and institutional infrastructure. Several RWAs, Municipal Councilors, Government officers from various departments are expected to attend and indulge in a discussion.
